Zubereitung
Hafermilch mit Salz aufkochen, Maisgrieß einrühren und unter Rühren bei geringer Hitze ca. 15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen. Zugedeckt weitere 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Danach mit weiterer Hafermilch zur gewünschten Konsistenz rühren. Auf Schüsserln verteilen, mit Erdbeeren belegen und mit Ahornsirup oder Honig beträufeln.
