Zubereitung
Zucker und Butter in einer Tarteform karamellisieren. Nüsse gleichmäßig auf der Karamellmasse verteilen, Birnen darauf legen.
Eier mit Zucker und Vanillezucker cremig aufschlagen. Butter, Joghurt und das mit dem Backpulver vermischte Mehl untermischen und auf die Birnen geben.
Im Backrohr bei 160° Umluft ca. 35 Minuten backen.
Kuchen auf einen Teller stürzen und lauwarm servieren.
